Description We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Part-Time HR Administrator to support our HR department with employee onboarding and HRIS management. This is a remote position, offering flexibility while allowing you to play a key role in ensuring the smooth integration of new employees into our company. The ideal candidate will be responsible for initiating the onboarding process for new employees, ensuring that all necessary documentation and data are accurately collected and entered into the Human Resources Information System (HRIS), specifically Paylocity. This role requires excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and prior experience working with Paylocity. Requirements Key Tasks and Responsibilities: Manage and oversee the onboarding process for new employees, ensuring all paperwork and documentation are completed in a timely manner. Collect and accurately enter new employee information into the Human Resources Information System (HRIS), with a focus on Paylocity. Assist with the creation and maintenance of employee records, ensuring all data is up-to-date and compliant with company policies and legal requirements. Coordinate with hiring managers and departments to ensure all necessary equipment, accounts, and resources are set up for new employees. Provide administrative support for employee benefits, payroll, and other HR-related tasks as needed. Assist in preparing HR reports, ensuring data integrity and accuracy. Respond to employee inquiries related to HR policies, onboarding, and benefits. Maintain confidentiality of sensitive employee information and ensure compliance with all HR-related regulations. Experience and Qualifications: Minimum of 3 years of experience working in an HR or Administrative role. Prior experience with Paylocity HRIS required. Strong knowledge of HR processes, especially employee onboarding and data management. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint). Strong attention to detail with excellent organizational and time-management skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced, remote environment. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. High level of integrity and ability to maintain confidentiality. Remote / Work from Home Expectations: Must maintain a quiet, dedicated workspace free from distractions. A stable internet connection and the ability to use necessary technology (video conferencing, phone systems, etc.) are essential.
