About the Role: Warehouse Part-Time Overnight Associate We're seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Part-Time Overnight Warehouse Associate in Huber Heights, OH. As a key member of our store operations team, you'll play a vital role in ensuring our customers have access to the products they need to achieve their home improvement goals. Key Responsibilities: Unloading and Stocking: Safely unload merchandise from incoming freight and stock products on shelves, ensuring a smooth and efficient process. Inventory Management: Sort products in the backroom, maintain a clean and organized storage area, and ensure equipment is charged and ready for use. Customer Service: Engage with customers, vendors, and associates with a friendly smile and positive attitude, providing exceptional service and support. Aisle Maintenance: Ensure aisles are clean, organized, and safe for customers to navigate. Additional Tasks: Replace damaged shelving, handle hazardous materials, and perform other tasks as needed to maintain a safe and efficient store environment. What We're Looking For: To succeed in this role, you'll need to possess the following essential qualifications: Basic Literacy and Numeracy: Ability to read, write, and perform basic arithmetic (addition and subtraction). Forklift Operation: 3 months of experience operating a forklift or similar equipment.
