- Position: Patient Access Coordinator Part-time
Key Responsibilities:
As a Patient Access Coordinator at Envera Health, you will play a crucial role in our call center environment, working collaboratively with several health organizations and clinics to schedule patient appointments and provide patient support over the phone. Your key responsibilities will include:
- Answering a high volume of calls daily using a multi-line phone (75+ calls/shift)
- Scheduling appointments for multiple clinical sites according to client-specific protocols
- Gathering and inputting patient demographic and insurance information into the practice management system
- Reporting complex clinical issues to the appropriate supervisor or client partner
- Documenting call activity, outcomes, and other notes as needed in the client system
- Working collaboratively with colleagues to meet the goals and objectives of the department
- Assisting callers and navigating them to the appropriate resources
- Meeting attendance and performance standards
Requirements and Qualifications:
Essential Qualifications:
- Customer/patient service skills
- Experience handling a high volume of inbound calls
- Excellent communication skills over the phone
- Strong Internet Speed & access to router via Ethernet Cord (Minimum speed: 20mbps Download & 6mbps Upload)
Preferred Qualifications:
- Healthcare exposure
- Experience using an EMR and scheduling software
- Experience in Cerner EMR system
- Call Center experience
- Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment with a high degree of attention to detail

Compensation and Benefits:
We offer a competitive salary ranging from $16.00 to $19.50 per hour, with the potential for additional monthly bonuses based on attendance and performance. Our benefits package includes:
