Responsibilities
- Assist in assessing current HR processes and systems, including Dayforce Ceridian, SAP SuccessFactors, and UKG
- Support the identification of areas for improvement and the implementation of best practices
- Help develop and execute HR transformation roadmaps
- Work with clients on solution gap opportunity analysis/recommendations
- Support business process design, enhancements
- Support client discussions – requirements gathering, user stories/test scenario creation, solution configuration, testing and drive deployment
- HCM / HR technology knowledge and implementation experience ideal
Skills
- Must have a bachelor's degree in human resources, Computer Science, Business Administration, or related field
- Must be eligible to obtain Federal Security Clearance
- 1 + years of Consulting experience
- Basic understanding of HR processes and technologies, including Dayforce Ceridian, SAP SuccessFactors and UKG
- Strong organizational and project management skills
- Flexibility and ability to travel
- HR Systems Implementation experience or functional experience working with including Dayforce Ceridian, SAP SuccessFactors and UKG
