Key Responsibilities • Consult with clients to understand their travel needs, preferences, and budgets. • Research destinations, accommodations, flights, tours, and transportation options. • Create detailed itineraries and travel proposals tailored to client requirements. • Process bookings for flights, cruises, hotels, car rentals, and other travel services. • Provide clients with travel documentation, destination information, and guidance. • Maintain accurate records of bookings, payments, and correspondence. • Stay informed on travel trends, promotions, and industry updates. • Address client questions, changes, or concerns promptly and professionally.
