Specialties We Support • Primary Care, Family Medicine, Internal Medicine • Psychiatry & Behavioral Health (Adult & Child/Adolescent) • Endocrinology, Cardiology, Pulmonology, Gastroenterology, Nephrology • Womens Health / OB-GYN, Mens Health, Urology • Dermatology, Allergy & Immunology, Rheumatology • Neurology, Pain Management, PM&R, Sleep Medicine • Pediatrics, Geriatrics, Palliative Care • Urgent Care, On-Demand Care, and After-Hours Coverage Role Overview Physicians deliver high-quality care through synchronous (video/phone) and asynchronous telehealth encounters, working within established clinical protocols and collaborating with interdisciplinary care teams. Key Responsibilities • Conduct video, phone, and asynchronous patient visits as scheduled • Obtain focused histories and perform telehealth-appropriate clinical evaluations • Order, review, and interpret diagnostic tests as appropriate • Develop clear, patient-specific care plans and prescribe in compliance with state and federal regulations • Coordinate referrals and collaborate with APPs and specialists • Ensure timely follow-up and close the loop on diagnostic results • Document accurately and efficiently within the clients EHR or telehealth platform • Practice in accordance with current clinical guidelines, payer requirements, HIPAA, and state scope-of-practice laws Required Qualifications • MD or DO with an active, unrestricted U.S. medical license in at least one state • Board Certified or Board Eligible (within an acceptable timeframe) in relevant specialty • DEA registration and state-specific controlled substance registration (CSR), where required • Minimum of one (1) year post-residency clinical experience • Comfort using EHRs, ePrescribing, eLabs, and remote clinical workflows • Reliable high-speed internet, private workspace, and professional on-camera presence Preferred Qualifications • Multiple active state licenses and/or IMLC eligibility • Prior telemedicine experience • Experience in value-based care, RPM/CCM, behavioral health integration, or virtual urgent care • Bilingual proficiency • Familiarity with payer documentation requirements and clinical quality metrics Schedule & Coverage Options • Flexible scheduling including days, evenings, and weekends • Opportunities for scheduled clinics, on-demand queues, and shared call coverage • Engagement models vary by client (W-2 and 1099 options available) How to Apply Submit the following: • Current CV • List of active state licenses (including DEA/CSR status) • Specialty focus and availability • Employment preference (W-2 or 1099) • Minimum hour requirements and any non-compete considerations About AlediumHR AlediumHR places physicians with respected health systems, telehealth platforms, and specialty groups across the U.S. Our focus is long-term alignment, flexible work models, and opportunities that respect physicians time, expertise, and professional goals.
