The Role:
We’re looking for a Product Designer who is deeply passionate about visually stunning designs and novel user interactions. You’ll develop deep ownership of our core product offerings, including Vizcom Workbench (an AI-infused infinite canvas) and our Vizcom Studio (an AI-driven, sketch-to-render space). In this role, you will be an effective diplomat and a visionary thinker who is capable of taking our design practices and our product to the next level. You will be responsible for creating exceptional interactions, down to the pixel, while also contributing to the product roadmap through innovative and bold ideas that harness the power of emerging technologies (like micro-interactions, voice UI, AR, etc.). You’ll join our growing design team as we build a culture around user-centric design practices that help bridge the gap between imagination and reality.
How You’ll Do It:
Work closely with cross-functional teams such as Engineering, Product, AI Research, Product Marketing, and Management to build solutions for our infinite whiteboarding canvas, drawing studio, and 3D modeling and visualization features
Clearly document design ideas through the creation of mockups and prototypes in Figma and present to internal and external stakeholders to gather feedback
Pair closely with AI engineers and researchers to convey user needs and in turn understand technical constraints
Follow through on features as they are tested with our QA team to ensure we are delivering best in class experiences that match our design intent.
Contribute to our product roadmap by developing a strong intuition for our customer needs, backed by user research and data.
Help us define a culture around design and bring visibility to our process for the rest of the organization. You’ll act as an advocate for UX design best practices to help accelerate a design-led product process.
Help us build a robust design system founded on best practices that will scale well with our teams
Help us organize brainstorming sessions with the design team and relevant stakeholders so we can foster a collaborative design function.
Help us build a broader process for user feedback and user testing to ensure we’re making the best decisions for our customers
What You’ll Bring:.
5 - 8 years of experience as a product designer
A portfolio that showcases impeccable UX, UI, visual, and interaction design work, and demonstrates end-to-end ownership of holistic features
Advanced proficiency in Figma
The ability to design around technical constraints and differing hardware experiences, while maintaining a delightful user experience
A proven ability to grasp and distill highly complex issues into clean, focused, understandable solutions that lay a foundation for the future
Excellent communication and presentation skills, both written and verbal
Ability to work independently, as well as in a team environment, with a willingness to take the lead where needed
Bonus - Experience working remotely and/or in a startup environment

Compensation:
The base pay range targeted for this position is: $140,000 - $190,000. This role is eligible for equity.
The actual offer, including the compensation package, is determined based on multiple factors, including experience, location, and other business considerations. The overall package described in this post applies to W2, U.S. based employees- final package will be determined by local requirements and employment laws and accessibility.
