Product Innovation Analyst

Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify innovation opportunities Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Product, Tech, Sales and Partnership) to ideate and validate new product concepts Support the design and execution of experiments, MVPs and pilots Monitor industry trends, startups, and emerging technologies relevant to our business Develop business cases to support new product initiatives, including financial modeling, risk assessment and strategic alignment Prepare presentations and reports to communicate findings and recommendations to stakeholders This is a remote position. A remote position does not require job duties be performed within proximity of a Visa office location. Remote positions may be required to be present at a Visa office with scheduled notice. Minimum Qualifications: Be based in Brazil; B2 English (Upper Intermediate); Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Design, or related field; 5+ years of experience in product management, innovation, strategy in the financial area; Strong analytical and problem-solving skills; Excellent communication and storytelling abilities; Familiarity with agile methodologies and product discovery frameworks; Ability to work independently in a remote, multicultural team environment; Passion for innovation, technology, and customer-centric design; Basic knowledge of Microservices, SaaS, APIs and cloud native solutions. Preferred Qualifications: Knowledge of design thinking, lean startup, or jobs-to-be-done frameworks; Spanish Advanced Level. Visa is an EEO Employer.
