Hallmark Health Care Solutions (HHCS) is seeking an experienced Product Manager to support and enhance our Heisenberg II physician compensation product. Heisenberg II is an industry leading product when it comes to calculating complex physician compensation. As we experience rapid growth, this role is critical in shaping the future of our products through product led growth.
We are looking for a strategic, results-driven Product Manager to lead the innovative solutions that drive business success and improve customer experiences. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to define product vision, strategy, and roadmap, ensuring alignment with company objectives. The ideal candidate possesses domain expertise in similar products like healthcare, accounting, compensation, payroll etc.
Key Responsibilities:
- Define and communicate a clear product vision and roadmap, prioritizing features based on customer needs and business impact
- Conduct market research and analyze competitive landscapes to identify differentiation opportunities
- Translate business objectives into actionable product requirements and user stories
- Maintain Prioritized product backlog aligned with product vision
- Partner with internal and external stakeholders to gather requirements, feedback, and insights for continuous product enhancement
- Manage communication across teams, ensuring transparency and alignment throughout product development
- Identify and implement process improvements within both product development and broader organizational workflows
- Track and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure product success
- Work closely with customer success teams to drive product adoption and user engagement
- Gather customer feedback and use data-driven insights to continuously refine and improve the product
- Manage and mentor the Business Analysts, ensuring effective requirements gathering and user research

- Product-Led Growth:Drive product-led growth strategies by leveraging product features and user experiences to acquire, retain, and expand the customer base. Focus on delivering value that drives user adoption and engagement.
- Analytics:Utilize analytics tools to gather and analyze data on product usage, customer behavior, and market trends. Translate data into actionable insights to inform product strategy and decision-making.
- AI Integration:Explore and integrate artificial intelligence (AI) technologies to enhance product capabilities. Identify opportunities to leverage AI for improved user experiences, automation, and innovation.
Required qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
- 5+ years of experience as a Product Manager or similar capacity in any of the following: healthcare, compensation management, accounting, payroll etc.
- Strong understanding of Agile and Scrum methodologies
- Exceptional communication, collaboration, and leadership skills
- Experience managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
- Familiarity with industry trends, product management tools, and best practices
- Proven track record of successful product execution and timely delivery, ensuring high-impact features meet business goals and customer expectations
- Strong understanding of customer-centric product development.
- Proficiency in using analytics tools and data-driven decision-making.
- Experience with product-led growth strategies.
- Knowledge of AI technologies and their application in product development.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
Location: Atlanta, GA
Compensation range: Base salary $150-155k with 5% annual target bonus
