JOB SUMMARY: The Product Owner is an empowered leader, knowledgeable in the business, who is responsible for working with stakeholders to understand business challenges and develop innovative and practical solutions that meet the customer's needs. They develop a Product Roadmap that describes deliverables and strategy, and then execute the roadmap. The Product Owner is responsible for maintaining both the Program and Team backlog for Agile teams, and overseeing and/or conducting the elicitation, organization and documentation of business and solution requirements. They work closely with Product Management, Architecture, Business Owners, subject matter experts, Business Analysts and Agile teams; ensuring that the team develops solutions that meet the customer's real needs. JOB ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:* Experience with Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe) and PI Planning
* Strong working knowledge of Jira & Confluence
* Knowledge of other Agile approaches, such as Kanban and hybrid approaches
* Knowledge of Healthcare industry and understanding all major workflows associated with the healthcare claim processing is beneficial
* Communication (oral, written and listening), project management, analytic, organization, interpersonal, prioritization, multi-tasking, initiating, communication, problem-solving, planning and technical skills
* Ability to develop and maintain collaborative and cooperative relationships throughout the organization
* Ability to establish strong working relationships with teams and client relationships
* Demonstrate commitment to excellent customer service and follow-through
* Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from internal and external customers
* Ability to be flexible and creative in problem solving
* Ability to anticipate business needs and think with a business owner mind-set
* Ability to adhere to corporate work ethic standards* Bachelors or related experience required. Product Owner certification strongly preferred.
The salary range for this position is $120K to $125K. Specific offers take into account a candidate’s education, experience and skills, as well as the candidate’s work location and internal equity. This position is also eligible for health insurance, 401k and bonus opportunity.
