Provides professional services delivery as related to infrastructure consulting, design, implementation, configuration and knowledge transfer to Logicalis clients.
Performs implementations of overall solutions for clients, including development of solution designs, implementation plans and documentation.
Satisfies client technology services and solution requirements using best practices to:
Works directly with client to gather requirements, design solutions, build proof of concepts and implementations solutions.
Delivers consultative-based knowledge transfer and documentation to Logicalis’ clients.
Works with RMO and PMO in scheduling and managing engagements.
Works with Logicalis’ clients to perform assessments, health checks, performance tests, and capacity planning.
Responsible for product evaluation, process improvement, and practice refinement activities on occasion.
Establishes relationships with clients by demonstrating strong listening skills.
Builds credibility and trust by delivering what has been promised within established timeframes.
Maintains focus on client satisfaction and expectation management.
Demonstrates and actively promotes an understanding and commitment to the mission of Logicalis through performing behaviors consistent with the organization's values.

Education/Experience//Technical Requirements/Certifications
5 years of experience in Microsoft technologies including infrastructure migrations, troubleshooting, implementation with strong experience in the following areas:
Knowledge around Teams Voice and Direct Routing
Exchange Migrations (On-premises to M365)
Exchange 2010 and higher, Hybrid Exchange
Microsoft 365, specifically Exchange Online, Skype for Business, OneDrive, SharePoint
Active Directory - experience with upgrades and migrations, advanced experience with GPOs, experience with AAD Connect and ADFS
2 years of consulting experience focused on Microsoft solutions.
Additional experience in one or more of the following:
Migration tools including Quest Migration Manager and MigrationWiz
Copilot skills and experience building agents.
Proficient use of all Microsoft Office applications.
Microsoft 365 Certified : Enterprise Administrator Expert
Microsoft 365 Certified : Teamwork Administrator Associate
Microsoft 365 Certified : Teams Administrator Associate
Microsoft 365 Certified : Security Administration
Microsoft Certified: Security, Compliance, and Identity Fundamentals
Microsoft Certified Technology Specialist (MCSA)
Microsoft Certified Solutions Expert (MCSE)
Excellent written and verbal skills; confidently and professionally interacts with external clients and internal teams.

Salary Compensation Range: $90,300-$122,000plus bonus
