Responsibilities •Work closely with project sponsor, cross-functional teams, and assigned project managers to develop the scope, deliverables, required resources, work plan, budget, and timing for new initiatives. •Support initiatives, relationships, teaming arrangements, and maintain responsibility for meeting program/business goals in support of program objectives. •Analyze, evaluate, and overcome program risks, and produce program reports for managers and stakeholders. •Formulate, organize, and monitor inter-connected projects, including resolving issues and issuing appropriate corrective actions, as needed. •Monitor and manage deliverable/project quality, timeliness, and approval process between internal team members and client stakeholders. •Lead and evaluate project managers and other staff. Qualifications •4+ years’ experience in implementation of Source to Pay tools, such as Ivalua, SAP Ariba, Baseware, Jaggaer, or Coupa. Working experience with Ivalua is a strong asset. •2+ years’ experience of management of multiple large projects dealing with cross-functional teams within system implementation and delivery space. •4+ years’ analytical analysis with procurement and supply chain focus. •4+ years’ experience with Microsoft Office suite of products; notably Advanced Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook, Microsoft Project, Smartsheet, Access, Visio. •Experience managing clients in the public sector is a strong asset. •Good knowledge of business case development, project planning/budgeting, and resource allocation procedures. •Experience identifying and reporting on key performance indicators. •Exceptional skills in leadership, time management, communication, and organization. •Must be a self-starter who is accountable and able to independently identify solutions with little oversight from leadership.PMP Certification Apply tot his job
