They are seeking a motivated Project Specialist to support the timely delivery of small to medium-sized projects by coordinating team activities, managing resources, and ensuring adherence to project schedules and objectives.
Responsibilities
- Coordinate project team activities and resources to develop and execute project schedules, ensuring timely completion of projects and their phases
- Communicate project progress, status, potential risks, and mitigation plans to senior project managers, team members, and appropriate stakeholders to facilitate informed decision-making and awareness
- Ensure compliance with organizational standards and practices by actively participating in the maintenance of security practices, procedures, and controls within your area of responsibility
Skills
- Relevant experience in a project coordination or program support role, with proven ability to develop and evaluate project plans under supervision
- Strong knowledge of project management fundamentals and the ability to understand technical components and processes relevant to the job
- Proven ability in effective time management, prioritization, and written/oral communication to manage project deliverables and liaise with internal and external groups
- A positive, professional approach with a strong willingness to learn new technologies and an ability to successfully adapt to change
- Must be Flexible with start time!
- Must be able to Travel to the Customer Sites in Bay Area
