We are looking for experienced Manual QA Testers located in the USA who can support part-time, ad-hoc testing projects. Some assignments will be short-term (a few days/weeks) and others may extend longer depending on performance and project needs.
You should be comfortable working independently, documenting thoroughly, and communicating clearly with developers/product owners.
Required Experience (3+ Years Minimum)
You must have hands-on experience with the full manual testing lifecycle, including:
Requirements understanding (user stories, acceptance criteria, business flows)
Test case creation (detailed steps with Expected vs. Actual results)
Test execution and test results documentation
Capturing evidence: screenshots + video recordings of test results
Logging results in test management tools (examples: Jira, Azure DevOps (ADO), ALM/Quality Center, etc.)
Bug logging with clear steps to reproduce, severity/priority, and image/video proof
Nice-to-Have Skills
Mobile testing (iOS/Android), responsive UI testing
Cross-browser testing
API testing (Postman/Swagger), basic backend validation
SQL data validation / backend data testing
ETL testing
Automation exposure (not mandatory, but a plus)
