The Role: QA Tester
We are looking for a detail-oriented QA Tester to join our technology team in Indonesia. In this role, you will be the guardian of quality, ensuring the reliability and usability of our internal and customer-facing applications.
You will work closely with our "Tribe" of developers and product owners to identify issues early and improve every release.
Key Responsibilities
- Test Strategy: Design, document, and execute test cases, scenarios, and regression plans.
- Manual Testing: Perform end-to-end testing for web applications, APIs, admin panels, and business workflows.
- Bug Management: Identify, document, and track bugs with clear reproduction steps and severity levels.
- Collaboration: Work with developers and stakeholders to clarify requirements and acceptance criteria during sprints.
- Validation: Validate bug fixes and perform regression testing before production releases.
- Integrations: Test third-party services (APIs, payment gateways, CRM systems).
- Continuous Improvement: Help enhance QA processes, release checklists, and quality standards.
Requirements
- Experience: 2+ years as a QA Tester or QA Engineer.
- Methodology: Strong grasp of manual testing, SDLC, Agile, and Scrum.
- Tech Stack Knowledge: Good understanding of web architecture, REST APIs, and databases.
- Tools: Familiarity with Postman and project management tools (Jira, ClickUp, or Trello).
- Language: Strong communication skills in English (Essential for our multicultural team).
- Soft Skills: High attention to detail and the ability to think through complex business edge cases.
Nice to Have (Preferred)
- Experience testing Laravel / PHP / Vue.js applications.
- Knowledge of automation tools (Playwright, Cypress, Selenium, or Laravel Dusk).
- Familiarity with SQL queries for data validation.
- Experience testing WhatsApp integrations or CRM workflows.

Working Mode
