What You’ll Do
- Support end-to-end recruitment processes with increasing ownership
- Screen and assess candidates beyond resumes — evaluate behavior, thinking ability, and long-term fit
- Identify red flags, strengths, and performance indicators
- Coordinate interviews and maintain strong candidate experience
- Use recruitment systems, Google Workspace, and AI tools efficiently
- Maintain highly organized, accurate hiring records
- Contribute ideas to improve sourcing strategies and hiring workflows
Over time, you will be trained to think like a strategic Talent Acquisition partner — not just an HR assistant.
Requirements
Who We’re Looking For
- Bachelor’s degree preferred (Psychology, Behavioral Science, Business, or related field)
- Early-career or fresh graduate with strong academic or leadership track record
- Strong analytical and critical thinking skills
- Tech-savvy and comfortable using digital tools and AI
- Clear, professional written and verbal communication
- Highly reliable, responsive, and accountable
- Detail-oriented with strong follow-through
- Open to feedback and serious about long-term career growth

Work Schedule
- Full-time remote role
- Night shift (aligned with international clients)
- Stable internet and dedicated workspace required
- Must be comfortable working independently in a remote setup
