Recruiter (Remote Position Central and Eastern Time Zone)

Remote Recruiter - 19 Week Contract - MUST BE IN EST OR CST TIME ZONE Overview: We’re seeking an experienced Talent Sourcer to support our recruiting team. In this role, you’ll partner closely with recruiters to identify top talent, connect with potential candidates, and help drive the hiring process forward. You’ll focus on sourcing, name gathering, outreach, phone screens, and submitting candidate overviews, while supporting open positions and collaborating with other team members. What You'll Do: • Source and identify potential candidates using LinkedIn and other tools • Perform name gathering and send targeted outreach messages • Conduct phone screens and prepare concise candidate overviews • Collaborate with the recruiting team to meet hiring goals • Participate in SSVs (team syncs) Monday–Thursday mornings, 8:30–9:00 AM EST • Maintain accurate candidate data in CRM (Beamery preferred) Requirements: • 3+ years experience as a recruiter or talent sourcer • 2+ years experience with CRM systems (Beamery strongly preferred) • Strong LinkedIn sourcing skills, including basic Boolean search knowledge • Proven ability to work independently while meeting deadlines • Excellent written and verbal communication skills • Must be based in Central or Eastern Time Zone • Located in Michigan is preferred Schedule: • Remote 8 - 5pm EST • 1 Hour Lunch • There will be No Flexibility on this Schedule Job Types: Full-time, Contract Pay: $37.00 per hour Benefits: • Dental insurance • Health insurance • Vision insurance Work Location: Remote Apply tot his job
