We are seeking a Registered Nurse to serve as an Experience of Care Specialist, focusing on enhancing patient journeys across our healthcare ecosystem. In this fully remote role, you'll be the voice and advocate for patients—analyzing feedback, driving improvements in service delivery, and ensuring quality interactions between patients and care teams. Active, unrestricted RN license in the United States (multi-state license preferred)
3+ years of clinical experience in inpatient, outpatient, or case management settings
Familiarity with patient satisfaction metrics and quality improvement practices
Excellent interpersonal and conflict-resolution skills
Comfortable using digital tools, CRM, and EHR systems in a remote environment
Reside in the U.S. with a secure and private home office setup
Bilingual capabilities a plus
Review and analyze patient feedback and service quality metrics
Serve as a liaison between patients and internal teams to enhance satisfaction
Identify patterns and develop actionable recommendations for improvement
Participate in cross-functional initiatives to elevate patient experience
Document interactions, insights, and trends within organizational systems
Educate staff on best practices for empathetic and effective communication
