We're seeking a highly motivated and experienced accounting professional to fill this exciting role, which offers a compensation range of $80K - $100K DOE + Commission (OTE $130K - $180K). As a Remote Accounting Specialist, you will be responsible for: Closing at least 2 deals from leads you brought in, per month, with a focus on delivering exceptional client experiences Responding to all internal and external communication within 8 business hours, ensuring seamless collaboration and prompt issue resolution Achieving a close rate of > 55% on scoping proposals, demonstrating your ability to understand client needs and provide effective solutions Maintaining a 95% client retention rate in the first 3 months of engagement, showcasing your commitment to building long-term relationships and driving client success To succeed in this role, you should be: A seasoned accounting professional with an extensive network of small and medium business owners (revenues between $5M-$50M) Well-versed in accounting, financial strategy, and the specific needs of SMBs, with the ability to tailor solutions to different clients A charismatic and likable relationship builder, adept at managing both internal and external relationships and thriving in a fast-paced environment Highly organized, self-motivated, and able to work independently with minimal supervision, while embracing freedom with accountability Requirements: Degree in Accounting or a related field (Required) Masters' in Accounting or a related field (Preferred) 5+ years of experience in Advisory accounting or Outsourced Accounting field (Preferred) Entrepreneurial Accounting experience (Plus) Ready to take your career to the next level?
