They are seeking an Accounts Payable Specialist to provide full cycle accounts payable support for multiple field offices and assist with invoicing and payment inquiries.
Responsibilities
- Provide full cycle accounts payable support for multiple field offices
- Ensure proper approval and coding of invoices and employee expense reports
- Maintain the Accounts Payable email inbox and respond to payment status inquiries
- Research and resolve supplier inquiries to ensure timely payments
- Assist the accounting department with special projects as needed
Skills
- High School diploma or GED
- Previous experience in accounts payable
- Prior data entry experience
- Excellent customer service skills
- Proficient in MS Office products
- Experience with Emburse software
- Familiarity with handling subcontracts and subcontractor invoices
- College coursework in accounting
