They are seeking a Business Development Consultant to drive growth and revenue by converting qualified prospects into clients from inbound sources.
Responsibilities
• Take charge of your CRM and database, managing a pipeline of potential customers like a pro
• Handle inbound appointments booked on your calendar
• Conduct 45-60 minute meetings with prospects, showcasing the value of our services and turning interest into action
• Ensure all contracts are signed, payments are collected, and clients are smoothly enrolled into our programs
• Collaborate with management to ensure lead quality and maintain high standards on every call
• Follow up with prospects and actively seek new opportunities during downtime
• Stay self-motivated and goal-oriented, consistently striving to exceed targets and deliver outstanding results

Skills
• 2+ years of experience in sales and in the medical aesthetic industry minimum (additional sales experience is a plus)
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with the ability to clearly articulate the value of our services
• Strong time-management skills, capable of juggling multiple tasks while staying organized and focused
• A flexible team player who thrives in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and loves a good challenge
• Integrity is key—misrepresentation of yourself, our offers, or our company is grounds for immediate termination
