IntePros is seeking a highly skilled temporary Airtable Program Manager to support a high-volume AMER Summit season spanning seven large-scale events. This role is critical for managing complex event content and speaker operations through Airtable, ensuring efficiency and scalability across events.
Responsibilities
• Design, build, and manage complex Airtable bases supporting session scheduling, speaker management, and event content workflows
• Create and maintain advanced automations, formulas, scripts, forms, custom views, and interfaces to optimize usability and efficiency
• Troubleshoot and resolve Airtable issues quickly in a live event environment
• Conduct User Acceptance Testing (UAT) to validate accuracy and functionality of Airtable solutions
• Manage Airtable workflows across seven concurrent summit events, ensuring consistency and reliability
• Track progress, dependencies, and deliverables to support event timelines
• Support fast-paced operational needs during live event execution
• Manage, clean, and analyze large datasets related to sessions, speakers, attendance, and surveys
• Archive event data post-summit and ensure removal of PII within two weeks of each event
• Maintain high standards of data accuracy, organization, and governance
• Document Airtable structures, processes, and workflows to support repeatability and knowledge sharing
• Develop and replicate a standardized Airtable content management template for future summit seasons (2026/2027)
• Identify opportunities to invent, simplify, and improve existing workflows
Skills
• Airtable Expertise – Advanced experience designing, building, and automating complex Airtable bases and interfaces
• Project Management – Strong background managing timelines, workflows, and multiple concurrent initiatives
• Data Analytics – Ability to analyze, clean, and manage large datasets to support operational decision-making
• 4+ years of relevant professional experience
• Bachelor's degree required
• Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced, event-driven environment
• Experience documenting operational processes
• Experience conducting UAT (User Acceptance Testing)
• Advanced formula writing and automation development in Airtable
