• Participate in weekly coaching calls, training sessions, and performance evaluations to enhance abilities.
• Maintain precise documentation in the Emergent Financial Group's CRM software and deliver timely updates on client interactions.
Qualifications and Experience of Remote Benefits Consultant (Life & Health Insurance):
• Illustrating a potent self-driven attitude and the competence to work autonomously.
• Necessary technological expertise for virtual meetings, CRM systems, and digital resource management.
• Motivated to learn, receptive to coaching, and possessing strong interpersonal abilities.
• Previous sales experience not mandatory; access to licensing support through an expedited program.
• Fulfilling an age requirement of 18 years and successfully passing a background investigation are compulsory.
