The QuickBooks Live Expert - Sr. Associate Role involves providing professional bookkeeping guidance to small business owners using QuickBooks Online, while ensuring high-quality customer interactions and support. Responsibilities • Provide bookkeeping guidance to QuickBooks Online small business owners via video and audio tools in a way that is professional, friendly, and reassuring • Create high-quality customer interactions and experiences that instill confidence using deep customer empathy, and your deep knowledge and expertise in the customer-facing role • Guide small business owners on best practices and optimal utilization of the QuickBooks Online platform • Review information input by small business owners for accuracy and provide insights on their data • Research regulations to support guidance Skills • Customer service experience • 1-3 years of bookkeeping and/or accounting experience • Minimum 1 year of QuickBooks Online experience • QuickBooks Online Level 1 Certification required • Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks • Strong written and verbal communication skills • Proficient with technology; strong knowledge of computer software and ability to learn technology quickly • Dedicated high-speed internet connection (Wireless, DSL, cable, or fiber) • Ability to work in a fast-paced virtual environment with minimal supervision • Critical thinking, problem solving, flexibility, and determination • Willingness to learn and support new products and services • Certified Public Bookkeeper is preferred, not required Benefits • Cash bonus • Equity rewards • Benefits Company Overview • Wfhseekers.com serves as a dedicated job board for remote and work-from-home opportunities.
