Travel up to 30%. Note: Must have 2+ years of business development or account management experience specifically in a TSDF or hazardous waste environmental services environment (no exceptions). Must have permanent U.S. work authorization. About Our Client Our client is an environmental solutions company with 40+ years in industrial waste and materials management, helping customers find cost-effective, compliant, and sustainable ways to handle complex waste streams. Job Description • Grow inbound hazardous and non-hazardous industrial waste volume for a Memphis, TN Treatment, Storage, and Disposal Facility (TSDF) • Prospect and win new business with generators and brokers across manufacturing, chemical, refinery, and industrial markets • Qualify waste streams, guide profiling conversations, and align customer needs to treatment options and facility capabilities • Negotiate pricing, service strategy, and logistics in partnership with Operations, Transportation, and Compliance • Manage pipeline activity, forecasting, and reporting in HubSpot CRM • Build relationships with EHS leaders, procurement, plant managers, and engineers • Represent the company at industry events and strengthen regional market presence • Share market intel to support commercial strategy and continuous improvement Qualifications • 2+ years of business development or account management experience in TSDF, hazardous waste, or environmental services • Working knowledge of RCRA regulations, hazardous waste codes, and waste profiling concepts • Experience selling to industrial accounts and or broker networks (manufacturing, chemical, refinery, industrial) • Comfortable in a consultative, value-based sales process with strong negotiation skills • CRM proficiency (HubSpot preferred) • Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel up to 30% Why You Will Love Working Here • Performance-driven culture with real earning potential and guaranteed commissions • Collaborative, cross-functional support from operations and compliance teams • Work that matters: safety, integrity, and environmental responsibility are core to the mission • Strong benefits and investment in employee development and advancement JPC-676 Job Type: Full-time Pay: $160,000.00 - $240,000.00 per year Benefits: • Dental insurance • Paid time off • Vision insurance Application Question(s): • Base salary is $80k–$120k. On-target earnings (base + commission) are $160k–$240k, with a 50 50 split.
