- Provide technical support to customers navigating our online platform, pharmacy.amazon.com
- Deliver exceptional customer service, building long-term relationships and ensuring customer satisfaction
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent, with 6+ months of professional experience working with computers and online tools
- Reliable broadband internet connection with a minimum speed of 10 Mbps download and 5 Mbps upload
- Ability to work in a private, distraction-free home environment with dedicated focus on customers during work hours
- Flexibility to adjust schedule as needed, with a minimum of 2 weeks' notice
Preferred Qualifications:
- 1+ years of relevant customer support experience, preferably in a call center or healthcare environment
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Experience working with technology, including computers, software, and online platforms
