Key Responsibilities
- Execute Existing Reporting and Analytical Obligations: 30% of your time will be dedicated to performing existing reporting and analytical tasks, ensuring timely and accurate delivery of insights to stakeholders.
- Create New Dashboards and Reports: 20% of your time will be spent using data analysis tools to create new dashboards, reports, and ad-hoc analyses to meet business needs.
- Ensure Quality of Work Output: 20% of your time will focus on maintaining high-quality work output, demonstrating attention to detail, and adhering to established processes.
- Develop Technical Capabilities and Subject Matter Expertise: 20% of your time will be dedicated to developing additional technical skills and subject matter expertise within the core functional area.
- Present Findings and Insights: 10% of your time will be spent presenting findings and insights in easily understandable ways, focusing on how data analysis fits into the bigger picture.
Essential and Preferred Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Math, Engineering, Finance, or a related quantitative field.
- 2+ years of work experience in data mining, statistical analysis, modeling, and/or forecasting.
- Previous direct exposure to analyzing relevant subject matter (e.g., Supply Chain, Marketing, Operations, etc.).
- Work experience with SQL Server, Teradata, Oracle, or equivalent database frameworks.
Preferred candidates will have:
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex data sets.
