Job Description
ABC Solutions Inc. is seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Remote Data Entry Clerk to join our team. As a Remote Data Entry Clerk, you will play a critical role in maintaining the accuracy and integrity of our company’s data. You will be responsible for entering, updating, and verifying data into our system, ensuring that all information is accurate and up-to-date.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Proven experience as a data entry clerk or similar role
- Excellent typing skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
- Reliable internet connection and a quiet workspace
- Familiarity with data entry software and tools is a plus
Responsibilities
- Enter data into company databases with high attention to detail
- Verify data by comparing it to source documents
- Update existing data and ensure that it is accurate and up-to-date
- Retrieve data from the database or electronic files as requested
- Sort and organize paperwork after entering data to ensure it is not lost
- Maintain confidentiality and security of sensitive information
- Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors
