Position Overview Title: Remote Data Entry Specialist – Legal Document Processing & Quality Control Location: Remote (must reside in Puerto Rico) Employment Type: Full‑time, hourly In this role you will be the backbone of arenaflex’s production pipeline, ensuring that every legal document entered into our systems is accurate, complete, and ready for swift delivery to our process server teams. Key Responsibilities - Document Review & Filing: Receive legal documents via email or internal portals, validate completeness, and enter or upload them into arenaflex’s secure case management system. - Quality Assurance (QC): Perform systematic checks on entered data, compare it against source documents, and correct any inconsistencies before they progress downstream. - Issue Investigation: Identify discrepancies, missing signatures, or formatting errors, resolve them independently when possible, and escalate complex cases to senior staff. - Continuous Learning: Participate in ongoing training modules covering industry regulations, new software features, and best‑practice data handling techniques. - Process Improvement: Contribute ideas for workflow enhancements, suggest automation opportunities, and assist in pilot projects aimed at increasing efficiency. - Ad‑hoc Projects: Support special initiatives such as data migration, audit preparation, and seasonal workload spikes as assigned by management.
