[Remote] Director of Fund Accounting (Fully Remote - US Based - 220K)

Daley And Associates, LLC is a well-established and rapidly growing private equity investment firm seeking an experienced Director of Fund Accounting to lead its internal fund accounting operations. The role involves managing a high-performing team, ensuring accurate financial reporting, and providing strategic insights to senior leadership. Responsibilities • Lead and manage a high-performing fund accounting team, ensuring timely and accurate preparation of financial statements and capital account activity. • Oversee month-end, quarter-end, and year-end close processes while maintaining rigorous compliance with GAAP and other industry standards. • Identify and implement process improvements, enhancing the efficiency and scalability of fund accounting operations. • Act as a mentor and coach, promoting a team culture centered around continuous improvement, accountability, and professional growth. • Serve as a strategic thought partner to senior leadership, offering insights to support decision-making and operational excellence.
