Key Responsibilities
As a Remote Enrollment Producer, your primary responsibilities will include:
- Distributing benefit enrollment materials and determining eligibility
- Calling and receiving calls from clients
- Scheduling appointments with clients who request our benefits
- Presenting and explaining insurance products and benefits packages over Zoom video calls
- Completing applications for insurance products
- Attending ongoing, optional training sessions to improve throughout your career
- Selling and upselling insurance to new and existing clients
- Completing tasks required by underwriters to get clients approved for coverage
