Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. Power to Decide is a national nonprofit organization focused on advancing sexual and reproductive well-being for all. The Digital Fellow will support the maintenance and expansion of service finders on Bedsider and AbortionFinder.org, ensuring data accuracy and collaborating with partners.
Responsibilities
- Verify the accuracy of clinic and clinic network information in the database
- Research, contact, and add new clinics through online research and virtual outreach (primarily phone calls and emails)
- Enter data clearly and correctly, following detailed internal protocols and formatting standards
- Maintain database quality by ensuring all clinics meet inclusion standards
- Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to keep data accurate and up to date, especially in response to changes in laws or policies
- Support day-to-day team operations and broader project needs as they arise
- Use platforms such as Airtable, Google Sheets, and Monday.com to track and manage data
- Perform other duties as assigned
Skills
- A Bachelor's degree or 1-2 years of relevant work experience
- Proficiency in Google Workspace (including Sheets and Docs) for tracking, organizing, and communicating information efficiently
- Ability to follow through, meet deadlines, be highly responsive, and organized
- A self-starter who can solve problems creatively, work well in a team setting as well as independently, and pay meticulous attention to details
- Excellent written and oral communications skills, strong interpersonal skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects and timelines
