[Remote] Fund Management Analyst (RSCH ADM 2 CX)

Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. The University of California, Davis is seeking a Fund Management Analyst to oversee contract and grant administration. The role involves fiscal control, accounting, and reporting for moderate level contracts and grants, as well as participation in staff meetings and special projects related to contracts and grants management. Responsibilities • 45% - Fund Management and Administration • 40% - Financial Reporting and Invoicing • 15% - Other Responsibilities Skills • Bachelor's degree in business, accounting, finance or a related field, or equivalent combination of education and experience; 3-4 years of experience in a business or finance position (including financial research administration) • Experience applying general financial administration principles and accounting principles, as they relate to contract and grant administration • Experience with spreadsheet software in financial analysis, fiscal management and financial reports, email, word processing and other common business applications • Experience performing moderate level financial analysis and customized reporting • Verbal and written communication skills to effectively communicate, both in person and in writing • Organizational skills to determine workload priorities and set timetables to meet deadlines, goals and objectives.
