They are seeking a Sales Consultant to guide buyers through the new home sales process and utilize CRM tools to manage sales activities.
Responsibilities
• Lead & Close: Guide buyers through the new home sales process with expertise
• Sales Development: Continuous training to sharpen your skills and product knowledge
• Marketing & Outreach: Build brand awareness and drive traffic through local networking and marketing initiatives
• Customer Relationship Management: Use CRM tools to track leads and manage sales activities
• Community Leadership: Shape builder decisions through strategic, expert-level community management
Skills
• Must work onsite, weekends required
• 2+ years in sales, customer service, or real estate with a consistent record of high performance
• Excellent communication, relationship-building, and adaptability
• Proficient in utilizing presentation software platforms and CRM systems; AI-driven tools are a plus
• Must obtain a real estate license during training
• Reliable transportation, valid driver's license, and liability insurance on your vehicle
• Bachelor's preferred
