[Remote] Interim Director, Strategic Finance/M&A Transaction Support - PE Portfolio Company

Hoxton Circle is working with a private equity-backed services/technology company to hire an Interim Director for Strategic Finance and M&A Transaction Support. This role involves collaborating with C-suite executives to drive M&A transactions and providing data-driven insights to stakeholders. Responsibilities • Deal readiness, due diligence requests, etc • Financial modeling/FP&A • Right hand to CFO & Director, providing data-driven insights to investors and presenting clear narratives backed by data • Collaborate with operations, commercial, and functional leaders • Prepare executive-level reporting packages and presentations for the Board, private equity sponsors, and lenders • Interact with PE owners on a daily basis Skills • 5–10 years of progressive Finance & Sell Side Transaction experience, ideally with a start in Investment Banking or Private Equity • Worked at or with PE Portfolio companies • Advanced financial modeling and analysis • Exceptional communication and presentation skills, with the ability to engage senior executives, Board members, and investors Company Overview • Hoxton Circle is a professional staffing agency that specializes in mid-senior finance, transformation accounting, and senior search.
