Crossing Hurdles is seeking an Investment Banking Modeling Analyst to convert complex investment banking workflows into AI-ready deliverables. The role involves building financial models and creating investor-grade materials while collaborating with product and engineering teams.
Responsibilities
• Convert complex investment banking and M&A workflows into structured, AI-ready deliverables
• Build, review, and annotate high-quality financial models, including LBO, M&A, three-statement, and valuation models
• Create and refine investor-grade materials such as IC memos, CIM sections, and diligence reports
• Review and improve AI-generated financial outputs for deal accuracy, rigor, and clarity
• Curate and structure datasets to train finance-focused AI systems
• Collaborate asynchronously with product and engineering teams to capture real-world deal dynamics
• Maintain exceptional standards of written and verbal communication across all deliverables
Skills
• Strong experience in Investment Banking, Private Equity, Venture Capital, Transaction Advisory, Corporate Development, or related domains
• Hands-on transaction exposure, including live deal execution, diligence, and advanced financial modeling
• Deep expertise in valuation methodologies such as DCF, comparables, precedent transactions, and LBOs
• Proven ability to produce clean, investor-ready work products
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills with high attention to detail
• Highly organized and comfortable working independently in a remote, asynchronous environment
