The IT Service Management Representative SCON plays a critical role in ensuring the smooth operation and support of production and non-production environments, coordinating maintenance activities, software implementations, and issue resolution across multiple teams.
Responsibilities
- Provide operational and application support for production and non-production environments
- Implement software and functionality updates in coordination with relevant teams
- Coordinate monthly non-production maintenance activities among technical and functional teams
- Schedule and communicate maintenance activities to ensure proper impact awareness and testing
- Lead War-captain support during after-hours and weekend maintenance to resolve issues promptly
- Facilitate communication and coordination between teams during scheduled and unscheduled maintenance
Skills
- Experience with SID team procedures and primary responsibilities
- Ability to coordinate maintenance schedules and lead troubleshooting calls as War-captain
- US citizenship
