Responsibilities
• Defend companies and policyholders such as auto and manufacturing companies, and work on warranty cases.
• Case management
• Drafting critical motions
• Developing written discovery
• Taking and defending depositions
• Participating in court proceedings
• Trial and appellate experience
Requirements
• Recent toxic torts or products liability experience
• Must be licensed in California and one of these: IL, IN, KS, MO
