Position Overview
arenaflex is seeking a dynamic, strategic, and people‑focused Manager of Customer Implementation to lead our remote implementation team. In this role, you will orchestrate the seamless onboarding of new healthcare customers, guide complex multi‑stakeholder projects from discovery through launch, and cultivate a high‑performing team culture centered on customer success. Key Responsibilities
Team Leadership & Development
- Recruit, onboard, and mentor a growing team of Implementation Managers, ensuring they have the tools, knowledge, and confidence to exceed customer expectations.
- Set clear, measurable team goals aligned with corporate objectives; regularly track performance metrics such as time‑to‑launch, customer satisfaction (CSAT), and implementation success rates.
- Provide continuous coaching, constructive feedback, and career‑development pathways that foster accountability, collaboration, and a customer‑first mindset.

Customer Implementation Management
- Own the full implementation lifecycle for complex, multi‑stakeholder healthcare customers, from initial discovery workshops through configuration, data migration, testing, and launch.

- Partner closely with Sales, Product, and Customer Success teams to ensure smooth handoffs, maintain a single source of truth for project status, and embed feedback loops for continuous product improvement.
Process Optimization & Playbook Development
- Define, document, and continuously refine arenaflex’s implementation methodology, establishing best practices, standardized templates, and reusable playbooks that drive consistency and efficiency.
- Analyze project data to identify bottlenecks, develop mitigation strategies, and implement process improvements that reduce time‑to‑value for customers.
- Maintain a real‑time view of team bandwidth and project timelines, allocating resources proactively to balance workload and meet delivery commitments.
- Collaborate with cross‑functional stakeholders to integrate emerging product features into implementation workflows, ensuring customers experience the latest innovations without disruption.
Strategic Reporting & Stakeholder Communication
- Track and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) including time‑to‑launch, implementation success rate, post‑implementation CSAT, and churn risk.
- Prepare executive‑level dashboards and presentations that highlight progress, risk mitigation strategies, and opportunities for scaling the implementation function.
- Serve as a trusted advisor to both internal leadership and external customers, communicating project status, upcoming milestones, and strategic recommendations with clarity and confidence.
Essential Qualifications
- Minimum 5 years of experience in SaaS implementation or project management, with at least 2 years in a people‑management role overseeing remote teams.
- Demonstrated expertise delivering complex implementations for healthcare organizations (EHR, population health, revenue cycle management, etc.) is highly preferred.
- Strong leadership presence, with the ability to inspire, coach, and develop high‑performing professionals in a virtual environment.
- Exceptional communication, negotiation, and stakeholder‑management skills, capable of influencing senior executives and technical teams alike.
