We are seeking a detail-oriented Remote Operations Assistant to support our cleaning and maintenance operations. This role involves coordinating schedules, managing client communications, and ensuring quality control for our services. The ideal candidate should be organized, proficient in remote collaboration tools, and have a passion for maintaining high standards in service delivery. We run a short-term rental company.
Your job: make sure nothing gets missed.
If a cleaner is late, you fix it.
If there’s a problem, you solve it.
If there’s maintenance, you track it until it’s done.

What You’ll Own:
• Schedule all cleanings
• Communicate with cleaners in real time
• Handle issues during cleans (fast)
• Track ALL maintenance issues (nothing falls through the cracks)
• Update SOPs when problems repeat
• Create team hiring systems and assist with hiring

• Core: 10am–4pm PST (high focus)
• Light coverage: up to 9am–7pm PST (flexible, check messages)
Response time: under 15 mins during active cleans
