Key Responsibilities Manage accurate and current inventory records while monitoring food and beverage costs. Reconcile inventory purchases, usage, and waste to ensure financial integrity. Analyze inventory trends to uncover potential cost-saving measures. Document daily transactions associated with inventory, ensuring correct categorization and documentation. Generate and scrutinize financial reports to uphold data integrity. Support accounts payable and receivable tasks concerning inventory-related purchases. Ensure adherence to company policies and best practices in financial management. Collaborate with management to refine inventory control methods and enhance the efficiency of financial reporting. Maintain organized and accessible inventory documentation. Required Skills Exceptional attention to detail and precision in financial record-keeping. Proficiency in data analysis with the ability to identify trends in inventory and expenses. Strong organizational and time-management capabilities. Qualifications Previous experience in bookkeeping, preferably within the restaurant or hospitality sector. Familiarity with TOAST POS and QuickBooks is highly valued.
