Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain appointment schedules and calendars for executives
- Plan and schedule meetings, conferences, and travel arrangements
- Provide email management, create PowerPoint presentations, and manage expenses
- Conduct research on various topics and provide customer/supplier support
- Apply your professional skills in a wide range of tasks, including drafting letters and documents, collecting and analyzing information, and initiating phone calls on behalf of executives
Requirements:
- Minimum 7 years of direct hands-on experience in executive assistance and administration
- Excellent time management, multitasking, and prioritization skills
- Advanced knowledge of online tools and software, including Google Drive, Outlook, and Zoom
- Strong writing, interpersonal communication, and organizational skills
- Ability to work independently, learn new tools quickly, and thrive in a rapidly changing environment
