[Remote] Provider Enablement Consultant (RN)

As a Provider Enablement Consultant, you will support healthcare providers in optimizing care quality and performance metrics in value-based care arrangements. Responsibilities • Collaborate with healthcare providers to assess and improve patient care quality and operational efficiency • Analyze provider performance data (quality metrics, cost savings, patient outcomes) and provide actionable recommendations to enhance VBC outcomes • Provide direct support to providers and serve as VBC expert • Leverage clinical expertise to drive provider conversations and opportunity analysis • Educate providers on VBC models, payer expectations, and performance benchmarks, ensuring they understand how to achieve and sustain success • Develop and present regular performance reports, identifying trends and opportunities for improvement • Establish and maintain strong relationships with providers to ensure long-term collaboration and alignment with organizational goals • Gather provider feedback and work with internal teams to enhance tools, resources, and processes that support provider performance Skills • Registered Nurse (RN) with active, unrestricted licensure • Strong ability to interpret healthcare data and performance metrics, with a solid understanding of value-based care models • Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in clinical care, healthcare consulting, or provider performance improvement • Familiarity with VBC metrics, including quality measures, cost savings, patient outcomes, and payer expectations (e.g., HEDIS, MIPS, ACOs) • Proven ability to identify challenges and propose solutions to enhance provider performance • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to translate complex data into actionable insights • Ability to build and maintain strong, trusted relationships with healthcare providers • Proficient with healthcare technology systems (EHRs, performance dashboards) and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint) • Experience working in a value-based care organization or accountable care organization (ACO) is preferred • Previous experience in healthcare consulting or quality improvement initiatives is preferred • Familiarity with payer-provider contract structures and performance incentives in VBC models is preferred Benefits • FREE medical, dental, and vision insurance for employees on select plans • $1740 annual contribution into qualifying HSAs • UNLIMITED time off • Matching 401(k) plan • Mac laptop and accessories • Company-paid short-term and long-term disability • Company-paid life insurance • Employee Assistance Program • Annual professional development stipend Company Overview • Enlace Health delivers the end-to-end solution that solves the infrastructure challenges driving today’s unsustainable healthcare system.
