• Prospect, consult, and guide buyers and sellers through the full transaction process
• Prepare and present offers, negotiate contracts, and manage timelines
• Build relationships and grow a referral network
• Market listings using modern tools, systems, and social media strategies
• Provide world-class client service from first contact to closing
Skills
• Active Real Estate License (in any U.S. state)
• Strong communication and professionalism
• Coachable mindset and accountability
• Desire to grow a business (not just 'chase deals')
• Sales or real estate experience
