They are seeking a Recruiting Associate to manage candidate screening processes, including scheduling, conducting calls, and maintaining the applicant tracking system.
Responsibilities
• Schedule and conduct introductory screens for GTM, Product, Design, and Engineering roles
• Evaluate candidates against defined competencies and role requirements
• Capture detailed notes and produce clear, concise executive summaries
• Make initial fit/no-fit recommendations
• Respond to candidate emails and manage scheduling
• Update the ATS immediately after every interaction and maintain clean, accurate pipelines
• Submit complete candidate packets to clients, including summaries and documentation
• Support multiple clients and searches simultaneously with strong operational discipline
Skills
• 2 to 5+ years of agency or RPO recruiting experience
• Strong screening experience across GTM and technical roles
• Excellent written communication and summary-writing ability
• Strong interviewing, judgment, and evaluation skills
• High attention to detail and operational rigor
• Ability to manage multiple searches and priorities concurrently
• Experience with ATS systems (Recruiterflow preferred)
