Key Responsibilities
- Manage an extensive travel itinerary, visiting high schools and participating in college and transfer fairs to promote our institution and build relationships with key stakeholders.
- Develop and execute data-driven recruitment strategies, assessing their effectiveness and making necessary adjustments to drive results.
- Foster and nurture robust relationships with secondary school counselors, community organizations, and other relevant stakeholders to promote our institution and support student recruitment.
- Provide thorough support and proactive follow-up to prospective students through various communication channels, ensuring a seamless transition from inquiry to application.
- Monitor and evaluate data to assess progress against enrollment targets, managing a budget for recruitment initiatives and ensuring precise data entry into our CRM system.
- Engage in virtual recruitment efforts, including online chats, webinars, and virtual fairs, while supporting marketing initiatives and creating engagement through social media.
- Assist with special projects, maintain a comprehensive understanding of admissions policies and procedures, and uphold the confidentiality of student information.
Required Skills and Qualifications

- Exceptional written and verbal communication abilities.

- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and familiarity with CRM systems are highly desirable.
