In this role, you will be the primary point of contact for individuals, guiding them through their healthcare needs with empathy and professionalism while helping to make healthcare more accessible.
Responsibilities

- Navigating PCPs and medications
- Coordinating appointments and benefits
Skills
- High School Diploma or equivalent (Bachelor's degree preferred)
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in insurance operations or a related field
- Proficiency in using multiple web-based platforms and tools
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Excellent active listening and problem-solving skills
- Ability to manage multiple systems and tasks efficiently while maintaining a professional and empathetic tone
- Genuine passion for improving the lives of others
- Background in healthcare, insurance, social work, or behavioral health
- Familiarity with medical terminology and health benefit plans
- Proven success in a customer service environment, especially in complex, high-volume settings
