Florida Vacation Collection is a boutique, full-service vacation rental management company managing over 90 luxury vacation rentals across Florida. They are seeking a Sales Development Representative to connect with vacation rental owners, qualify leads, and book meetings with the sales team.
Responsibilities
- Cold call vacation rental owners to introduce FVC and start conversations
- Respond quickly to inbound leads from ads, the website, and referrals
- Qualify property owners by understanding their property, current situation, and what they're looking for
- Book meetings directly with our sales team and provide context so we walk in prepared
- Research and identify property owners who could be a good fit for our management services
- Keep CRM updated with clean notes, pipeline status, and follow-up schedules
- Follow a structured outreach cadence while keeping things natural and conversational
Skills
- You're comfortable picking up the phone and calling people you've never met
- You've done some form of sales, SDR, or appointment-setting work before
- You're organized and consistent
- You follow up when you say you will, and you keep your pipeline tight
- You're curious and a good listener
- You understand the other person's situation before jumping into a pitch
- You're coachable
- Open to feedback and always looking to sharpen your approach
- Clean CRM notes, solid handoff context, and reliable follow-through matter to you
