Remote Sales Development Representative (Healthcare) – Performance-Based Growth Role

About Us We are a growing rehab-focused chiropractic practice based in San Diego delivering results-driven, personalized care. Our model is different from traditional high-volume chiropractic offices — we focus on clinical outcomes, education, and long-term transformation. We are expanding and seeking a confident, performance-driven Sales Development Representative to own the front end of our patient acquisition process. This is not a passive customer service role. This is a consultative sales position inside a healthcare environment. What You’ll Be Responsible For • Responding to inbound leads quickly and professionally • Conducting 20–30 minute structured discovery calls • Identifying clinical fit and readiness for care • Confidently addressing objections and hesitation • Booking qualified prospects into in-person assessments • Confirming and driving high appointment arrival rates • Performing outbound follow-up to: Old leads, No-shows, Re-engagement campaigns • Managing pipeline stages inside our CRM • Reporting weekly metrics • Handling appointment rescheduling for current patients Performance Expectations This role is measured by: • Discovery Call → Discovery Visit arrival rate (target: 45%+) • Evaluation & Treatment Session arrival rate • Pipeline follow-up consistency What We’re Looking For • 1+ year of SDR / inside sales / appointment-setting experience • Comfortable making outbound calls daily • Strong objection-handling ability • Metrics-driven mindset (you like tracking your numbers) • Clear and confident phone presence • High emotional intelligence • Coachable and receptive to feedback • Organized and reliable in a remote setting Compensation • $18–23/hour base (depending on experience) • Monthly Performance Bonus tied to paid evaluation arrivals • 30–40 hours per week • Fully remote This Role Is Ideal For Someone Who: • Thrives on performance-based incentives • Enjoys meaningful conversations (not cold corporate scripts) • Wants to directly impact business growth • Is comfortable being held accountable to KPIs • If you’re confident on the phone and enjoy helping people take decisive action on their health, apply with a brief explanation of your experience booking appointments and handling objections.
