They are seeking a Sales Development Representative (SDR) to drive outbound prospecting and pipeline growth through cold calling, emailing, and LinkedIn outreach. Responsibilities - Conduct daily cold calls, emails, and LinkedIn outreach - Run structured discovery conversations - Qualify opportunities and set meetings - Handle objections professionally - Maintain CRM accuracy and follow-up cadence Skills - 1+ year of experience in sales, outbound prospecting, or customer-facing roles (e.g., SDR, BDR, retail sales, call center, telecom, recruitment, etc.) - Comfortable making high-volume outbound calls - Strong communication and active listening skills - Coachable, resilient, and able to handle rejection - Professional composure under pressure - Demonstrated job stability and commitment - Previous SDR/BDR experience - Experience selling or working with U.S.-based customers - Familiarity with CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) Benefits - Commission - Full-time - Remote (Canada) Company Overview - SMARTApartment Data is the premier provider of apartment data and market research to the multi-family housing industry.
